When was the last time you drove a 2CV, if ever?
Perhaps you owned one, learnt to drive in one, squeezed the family into one for holidays, or simply remember seeing them everywhere. Or maybe you’ve never been behind the wheel of a Citroën 2CV and just fancy finding out what all the fuss was about.
Our 2027 2CV Open Days on 5th and 22nd May are your chance to get behind the wheel of one of our iconic red and white 2CVs and enjoy a wonderfully different day exploring the countryside of Hampshire and Sussex.
This isn’t about speed. It isn’t a race. And you won’t spend the day following a convoy.
It’s about enjoying the drive, having a laugh and experiencing one of motoring’s most distinctive cars exactly as it should be enjoyed – out on the open road.
Your 2CV, Your Road, Your Adventure
With two people to a car, you’ll set off from Oakhanger following a specially prepared route through the Hampshire and Sussex countryside.
Your detailed Roadbook, complete with tulip diagrams, and Brantz rally trip meter will guide you along the way.
From there, the day is yours to enjoy.
Take in the winding country lanes, discover villages along the route, stop for photographs and swap drivers along the way. There’s no competitive rally and no convoy to keep up with.
Just you, your co-driver and your 2CV.

Maybe it’s the unmistakable shape. Maybe it’s the wonderfully quirky driving experience. Or perhaps it’s the memories these cars bring back.
Whatever brings you along, our Open Days are designed to give you much more than a few minutes behind the wheel. You’ll have your 2CV for the day, with time to settle into the car and properly enjoy the experience.
Along the route, you’ll stop for a pre-booked lunch at a traditional country pub and there’s a picture quiz to add a little extra fun to the journey.

£120 + VAT per person, with two people per car.

Who Is a 2CV Open Day For?
You don’t need to be a classic car expert to enjoy a 2CV Adventure.
Come with your partner, bring a friend, make it part of a birthday celebration or simply book because you fancy doing something completely different for the day with a chum.
For some drivers, it’s an opportunity to relive memories of a car they knew years ago. For others, it will be their very first encounter with one.
Either way, expect plenty of character, countryside and stories to tell afterwards.
