Our special fun day event where we have a series of games we play with the 2CVs from a slalom course where the driver is blindfolded and directed by the co-driver to testing your precision and car handling skills. Great fun for company, corporate or club outings – or just a group of friends.
BOSCH at Silverstone
On a cold December day, BOSCH took on the Tin Snail Challenge as a corporate team building event.
Teams competed with the driver blindfolded and the navigator giving instructions, popping balloons and avoiding obstacles against the clock.
They enjoyed lunch overlooking the racetrack and then tackled the reverse steer challenge while trying to keep two balls balanced on plates around a course against the clock.
The Tin Snail Challenge Raises money for the charity Hope for Tomorrow at the Silverstone Classic 2014
The Tin Snail Challenge saw 180 teams complete the slalom course over the three days at the Silverstone Classic.
The driver and co-driver wore microphones and all their instructions and conversation were aired via loudspeakers, for the amusement of the crowds watching.
Over £500 was raised for the charity, Hope for Tomorrow, which provides mobile chemotherapy units.
