Cancellation by you:
All cancellations must be in writing and are subject to the following
cancellation charges based on total invoice cost:
More than 10 weeks, all money returned.
10 to 8 weeks: All money less deposit as stated in the entry form returned.
8 to 4 weeks: 50%
Less than 4 weeks: 100%
The cancellation period will be calculated in relation to the date the tour
starts. We strongly advise taking out insurance to cover yourselves against
the possibility of cancellation.
4(b) Cancellation by us.
In the event that 2CV Adventures Ltd are forced to cancel the tour
(excluding force majeure) we will refund all monies to the client including
deposits.
