A group of friends took the 2cv’s for a wonderfully scenic drive through the little known back roads of Hampshire and Sussex, using the Tulip route book and rally trip meter to navigate themselves through the jogularity challenge (driving at a pre-determined average speed over a certain distance, arriving at a passage control at an exact time) and collecting answers to the quiz.
They arrived back at base after about 3 ½ hrs for an alfresco ‘Independence Day’ BBQ lunch followed by the Tin Snail Challenge which involved the driver getting close enough to the balloons for the navigator to pop them!! There were, of course, prizes for the winning team.
